Shanna Quinn has had extensive experience as a Mediator, Trainer and Coach, working with such organisations as Bond University, the University of Queensland, the Queensland University of Technology, the Hong Kong Law Society, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the Social Welfare Department of Hong Kong and the Construction Development Board of Malaysia.
The success of any mediation is significantly influenced by the skills of the mediator. Shanna’s lengthy experience as a mediator and trainer and her multi-disciplinary background enable her to design and conduct courses which incorporate the soft skills of a social scientist and hard skills required of a lawyer.
